With a unique blend of competitive spirit and a zen mindset, Keene founder Meredith Keene Williams approaches every project with a perfect balance of focus and calm. Her ability to bring strategic, team-driven energy alongside a centered, mindful approach creates a dynamic system that delivers results and fosters creativity for her clients.

Meredith graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Marketing and Corporate Communication, complemented by a Minor in Education. During her time at Duquesne, Meredith competed at the highest level as a Division l lacrosse player, honing her drive and team-oriented mindset. After college, she shifted gears to deepen her passion for wellness, completing a Certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
